Orders are packed in opaque bags without logos, and the shipping waybill always indicates a neutral cargo description (e.g., "souvenirs" or "cosmetics"). 4.3. Return Policy: In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, medicines and medical products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned. 4.4. The Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the contents of the parcel upon receipt at the post office. Claims regarding missing items or damage are not accepted after the parcel has been accepted.
