Grapefruit and grapefruit juice can increase the concentration of active substances in the blood and the risk of side effects. Sexual arousal is required for the drug to work.

Since SILDALIST is used as needed, the concept of a missed dose does not usually apply. There is no need to take a double amount before the next sexual contact. Side effects of SILDALIST
